This Greek-style watermelon Quinoa Salad is the ultimate summer bowl ☀⁣
⁣
It’s hydrating and packed with Mediterranean flavor - perfect for picnics, cookouts, or an easy weeknight meal that's light yet filling. ⁣

💣 The combo of juicy watermelon, salty olives, and creamy feta? Total flavor bomb!⁣
⁣
👩🏽‍🍳 Here’s what you’ll need for the salad:⁣
⁣
1 cup cooked quinoa (or other preferred ancient grain) ⁣
3 cups watermelon, cubed⁣
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved⁣
1 English cucumber, chopped⁣
¼ cup parsley, chopped⁣
¼ cup mint, chopped⁣
1 red onion, thinly sliced⁣
⅓ cup kalamata olives, pitted + chopped⁣
⅓ cup feta cheese (omit for vegan!)⁣

A quick breakfast or snack I’m loving lately — creamy, sweet, and secretly smart! I mix 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with a splash of lemon juice (hello iron absorption!), a touch of pure maple syrup, and grate in a frozen peach for natural sweetness and fiber. Topped with slivered almonds and a dash of cinnamon — it's protein-packed, anti-inflammatory, and gut-loving.

Pro tip: freeze ripe peaches before they turn for an easy way to boost smoothies and bowls!

This week, I tried out a new cavitation + radio fr

This week, I tried out a new cavitation + radio frequency machine on myself for the first time — the Mychway 5-in-1 Cavitation & RF Device. I don’t have any contract with this company, but I was sent the machine to test and share my honest experience.

I had the chance to test it with Kaitlin Barry, OT from Magothy Therapy & Wellness, and we were both pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use.

We especially loved the "cupping" mechanism, which felt therapeutic. Personally, I found it relaxing, and I’m curious to see what kind of changes I might notice after using it on my left arm consistently for 1 month.

This device offers ultrasound cavitation, which is said to help with skin tightening and lymphatic circulation — key concerns for many of us living with lipedema.

As always, I’m taking a research-based and cautious approach. I’ll be documenting my experience along the way, so stay tuned for updates and honest reflections.
