Here’s her story in her own words… ⁣

“I started working with Bonnie in November 2023 right before my first of 3 surgeries for Lipedema. As soon as I got the results back from her about what foods were triggering my inflammation, it all made sense.⁣
Once I started the beginning phase of calming my inflammation down with the prescribed foods that were the least triggering, I felt immediate relief. After a week, the bloating that was a constant in my stomach had all but disappeared. I wasn’t as hungry as usual, and I wasn’t having the cravings that I usually had. My body was finally getting the right food that it needed.⁣
The great thing about working with Bonnie is that she is always available if you have any questions. She makes you feel like you’ve known her forever, her friendliness and the fact that she struggled with weight loss and Lipedema just made it so much easier to connect with her and the program. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.”⁣

Who’s ready for some nutrition MYTH BUSTING?! 🔍

First things first…. Weight gain is complex and cannot be attributed to just one thing.

In general, weight gain can result when we consume calories in excess of what our body needs to maintain body weight. ⚖️ There are other factors that contribute to weight gain, so it’s never as simple as calories in vs. out.

But we do know this - ❌ Carbs are not to blame for weight gain.

Are you shocked?! 😱 So many of the women I work with come to me with the belief that they cannot eat carbohydrates if they are focusing on weight management or reducing inflammation.

This is especially true for my Lippy Ladies! If this is you, listen up! 💜

✅ A diet for optimal health includes many foods with carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are our body’s preferred source of energy.

The key is to choose high-quality, fiber-rich carbs. These foods have a more stabilized blood sugar response, increase satiety, and can help manage inflammation.
