As an RDN who personally lost 160 pounds, I understand the need for personalized nutrition. That’s why you won’t find a one-size-fits all approach around here. Like you I was frustrated by being unhealthy, overweight, and feeling stuck. I tried every “diet” under sun only to lose and gain more weight each time. I decided to get real with myself before it was too late. I spent time with my nose in nutrition studies trying evidence-based approaches and figuring out the keys to sustainable health and weight loss. I discovered four foundational factors that influence sustainable fat loss. This prompted me to go back to school to become a registered dietitian nutritionist. I help women like you frustrated by years of diet cycling, misinformation, and weight gain create sustainable habits for weight loss through nourishing nutrition.

Inside my programs, I will help you learn to nourish your body with an evidenced-based approach to healthy eating that will transform your old habits into new, healthy ones. We’ll work together on your individual needs to build a roadmap tailored for your success. This program is for ladies ready to make a change in their health by putting in the work. This is an action and accountability program where we make priorities over excuses.

I work with women to build a better relationship with food, one based on nutrition knowledge where sustainable weight and lifestyle changes are transformed for good.  I have options for both 1:1 coaching as well as a group learning format.

If you’re looking for one-on-one accountability and support, The Complete Nourished Program is for you. In this personalized, private apporach, I will teach you how to take your wellness and fat loss to a whole new level. You’ll learn the basis of my signature Core 4 Method to Sustainable Fat Loss with me as your personal guide to success. 

  • One on boarding session with 9 follow up/accountability sessions
  • You will receive direct access to me using the Better App where you can text, voice clip or send pictures for even more support and Q&A as often as needed.
  • Thoughtfully customized meal plans to make meal planning and recipe suggestions to save you time and frustration in the kitchen while nourishing your body so you can reach your health goals.
  • Onboarding session – (1 hour via telehealth platform)
  • Six accountability check in sessions – (30-45 min via telehealth platform)
  • Communication for support between sessions (voice/text/send images with the Better App)
  • Access to Food & Mood Food Tracking for increased accountability
  • Customized meal planning with recipe and grocery lists

THE NOURISHED METHOD GROUP PROGRAM

The Nourished Method is a group coaching experience. It is a sixteen-week program aimed at teaching you the four foundations of sustainable fat loss within a group experience. This helps to build community and that camaraderie among the group members. Grab some friends and come experience how The Nourished Method can help you reach your goals.
